Scope of Services. Through this Site, Siders & Moore Services markets and arranges Snow Removal, Emergency Property Cleanup, Handyman Services, Porch Construction, Deck Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://sidersandmooreservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Siders & Moore Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Siders & Moore Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Siders & Moore Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Siders & Moore Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. OH law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OH.
